Jamar serves as the Director of Culinary at the Chateau in Brooklyn, overseeing multiple support service departments. He attended Delaware State University, earning an associate's degree in business management. Jamar has been in the culinary industry for over 20 years. He worked his way up from being a “busser” to Operations Manager and various roles in between. Jamar has several certifications, including “ServSafe.” He has cooked for and trained with major companies such as Google, where he gained vital experience and knowledge. Jamar is a proud father and has dedicated his life to one motto: “Family first.” He is passionate about helping others and is always excited to learn something new. He has been in the healthcare industry for almost five years. Jamar recently joined the Chateau team in 2023 and is looking forward to bringing continued success!
