Food was always a big part of Beth’s life as well as that of her family’s, which is what led her to attend Johnson & Wales University for Culinary Arts and obtaining a Bachelor in Culinary Nutrition. Her education continued on to CW Post Long Island University where she completed a dietetic internship. Growing up Beth always knew that she wanted to work within the senior population; she often thought they were the “forgotten generation” and understood that without them, we wouldn’t be here and that they deserved the utmost respect and care. Beth enjoys to hear the stories of her residents, sharing who they were and their professions before they joining The Chateau family. You’ll often hear her say “I couldn’t think of doing anything else because I truly love what I do!”
