On February 27th, The Chateau at Brooklyn was proud to host the community’s first heart health seminar! Dr. Augusto D. Paiusco gave a lecture to members of the community, family members, residents, and staff on keeping your heart healthy, and stroke awareness.

The informative lecture, “Heart Disease: How to reduce your risk,” gave tips on maintaining a healthy heart and spoke about warning signs of a heart attack. Dr. Paiusco  also spoke about symptoms of having a stroke, and what to do in case of an emergency.

It was a great event, and everyone enjoyed a heart healthy lunch and received a beautiful gift bag!
