Here at the Chateau, staff and residents are encouraged to wear Red! Also, throughout the month, we will be offering information on heart-healthy diets and blood pressure screenings for our staff to help everyone stay safe and healthy.
Valentine’s Day – Friday, February 14th
February 14th first became associated with romantic love during the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished. In 18th-century England, this day evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending Valentine’s cards. Here at our Chateau, we Love our residents and our staff! We will be celebrating with a red velvet waffle bar for all to enjoy!
