Administrator

Jack joined The Chateau as an experienced and results-driven Administrator with a clear mission: to deliver an exceptional experience for every resident and their family. With his proven track record of healthcare leadership, business acumen, and an unwavering commitment to extraordinary resident care, Jack oversees all aspects of the facility’s operations with precision and heart.

Prior to joining The Chateau, Jack served as Administrator of a reputable skilled nursing facility in Queens, where he earned a 5-star CMS rating by elevating care quality, reducing readmissions, improving staffing efficiency, and fostering strong community ties. His steady, safety-focused leadership during the pandemic helped the facility navigate multiple Department of Health and COVID-19 surveys with minimal deficiencies, while building a supportive, high-performing workplace culture. Calm and decisive, Jack is known for his approachable leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. He fosters a culture of kindness, professionalism, and accountability, earning the admiration of both staff and residents alike. He prioritizes customer service and ensures that every resident and family member experiences the highest standard of care and hospitality.

Jack is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business Honors and Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. During his collegiate years, Jack served as National Vice President and Fellowship Director for a nonprofit that brought music therapy to nursing homes nationwide, ironically having no intentions of a profession in the sector. He led therapeutic events for dementia patients and helped structure the organization’s operations, an experience that quietly planted the seeds for his future in senior care and continues to inform his resident-centered approach at The Chateau.
